Our History
West & Associates was founded by Stuart J. West in February 2004 and has quickly become a well-respected, fast growing law firm recognized for producing high quality legal work. Mr. West has numerous years of experience as an attorney handling various matters related to intellectual property and general legal matters. At the end of 2005 we moved to a new, larger head office in Walnut Creek to better serve our clients.

West & Associates is always seeking qualified individuals who have the desire to continually adapt to and learn about our ever-changing technology and the motivation to push themselves to expand their minds. We especially encourage engineers and scientists who do not feel challenged in their current positions to submit their resumes for consideration. We highly value the desire and ability to learn. West & Associates encourages its associates to continually educate themselves in the areas of law, science and/or engineering. Due to the technology-intensive nature of our work, only individuals that possess a minimum of a baccalaureate degree in either an engineering or science field will be considered.
