Ms. Callender has been with West & Associates since 2008 and handles a variety of tasks including matters related to the filing and prosecution of trademark, patent and copyright applications. Ms. Callender also performs both trademark and patent searches for the firm. Ms. Callender drafts a wide variety of litigation documents for both Federal and State Courts and dockets case information. Additionally, Ms. Callender is responsible for business entity formation. Ms. Callender also handles certain aspects of marketing for the firm, including social media.
